What is time-under-tension training compared to Reformer Pilates?
Time-under-tension training (our EVOLUTION class) is a high-intensity, low-impact strength workout that keeps your muscles under constant tension for a longer period during each repetition. This approach not only builds strength and endurance but also integrates balance and flexibility into every session.
In contrast, Reformer Pilates uses controlled movements to improve core stability, flexibility, and overall body alignment, with less emphasis on prolonged muscle tension. Our PULSE class is based on Pilates principles but has been developed into a dynamic full-body workout with cardio elements.
Both methods are performed on the Sculptformer and are highly effective in enhancing strength, endurance, balance, and stability while remaining gentle on the joints.

How can I book a class?
You can easily book your session via our website or directly on the Eversports app.

How early should I arrive before class?
Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts so that we can begin on time. This gives you enough time to settle in and get ready before the class begins. Late arrivals disrupt the session and the concentration of other participants. Therefore, we kindly ask you to be punctual. Unfortunately, anyone arriving after the class has started, can not participate.

What should I bring to my class?
You’ll need workout clothes and grip socks - mandatory for hygiene and control. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.
A curated selection of cold drinks and water is also available for purchase to keep you refreshed throughout your class.

Who are these classes for?
Anyone ready to move with purpose.
Beginners, seasoned athletes, or anyone in between - no prior experience needed. Our instructors will guide you through the entire class.

How many participants are in one class?
Classes are limited to 10 participants — because we make sure our instructors can focus on every single person and give personal guidance to help you crush every move.

What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel for free up to 12 hours before class starts.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a lost credit.
This policy helps us keep the schedule fair and accessible for everyone - thank your for understanding.

What if I'm not flexible?
Event better. Forget flashy pretzel poses. Our classes are designed to build strenght and mobility.
Flexibility? You don’t get it by showing off - you'll improve it through movement and breath - one class at a time.

You can find us at Sternengasse 19, 4051 Basel. Catch us on the 1st floor - take the escalator up… or hit the stairs and get your warm-up started!
